Sao Paulo fires head coach Adilson Batista

RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- After its disappointing 3-0 loss to Atletico-GO in the 30th round of the Brazilian Championship, Sao Paulo decided 1 to release head coach Adilson Batista on Sunday.
After six games without a win, the fans and Sao Paulo's directory lost their patience. In total, Adilson coached Sao Paulo to a record of seven wins, nine draws and six defeats.
