I say that "getting up" is something that "I hate. The covers I have on my bed are heavy." 我说“起床”“我很讨厌。我床上盖的东西很重”。
The covers, "covers," are the things that you put over you to keep you warm. 床上盖的东西,“covers”是你盖在身上用来取暖的东西。
Usually, the covers include a blanket 1, sometimes a comforter and usually, what we would call the top sheet 2 or flat sheet. 一般情况下,床上盖的东西有毛毯,有时候还有一床被子,以及我们通常所说的上层床单或床单。
