A Thought went up my mind today -
That I have had before -
But did not finish - some way back -
I could not fix the Year -
Nor where it went - nor why it came
The second time to me -
Nor definitely 1, what it was -
Have I the Art to say -
But somewhere - in my Soul - I know -
I've met the Thing before -
It just reminded me - 'twas all -
And came my way no more -
Everyone may relate to this poem. Have you ever had one of those thoughts that come to you but then you cannot remember what they were? Dreams are great examples of these kinds of thoughts, many people do not remember their dreams, but they think about it constantly 2. And when they sleep again, perhaps the dream comes back to them and they remember it for a while, but then forget again.
