to make decisions of what you find, enjoy, discover

I never would've experienced any of that

if I tried to stick to a specific plan that I had made when I was your age
如果我在你们这么大的时候只是完全遵循一份计划
The Internet as we know it, didn't exist yet when I graduated
因特网在我毕业的时候甚至都不存在
We need to think about our plans being written in pencil not pen
我们的计划需要用铅笔而不是钢笔写
willing to change as the world changes and as we change
我们需要随世界和自身的变化 修改计划
I guarantee you, you will change course
我确信你们也会改变航向
go backward, spring forward, bounce sideways
可能倒退 可能前行 也可能侧移
some of you will need to adjust the plans that you currently have
现在的计划很有可能会发生变化
because it'll turn out to be the wrong fit
因为它并不能适应未来趋势
some of you will start a business
有些人会开公司
you have no idea right now that the world needs
你可能无法知道世界的需求是什么
some of you will fall in love and move half way across the world
有些人会陷入爱河 移居到地球的另一端
some of you could open a cupcake shop
有些人可能会开一家杯形蛋糕店

So as you sit there and look around and say man I still have a lot to figure out

and your parents should hear that too, it's okay

My parents could probably write a book of their own

about their three crazy daughter and the journeys that we took along the way
