I have a few suggestions that may help you on your way to a better world对于迈向未来更加美好的世界 我对你们有一些建议And while these lessons were learned during my time in the military这些经验都是我从部队时光中总结出来的
I can assure you that it matters not whether you ever served a day in uniform不过我可以保证 这些同样适用于部队外的生活It matters not your gender, your ethnic or religious background无论性别 种族 宗教信仰
your orientation, or your social status

Our struggles in this world are similar

But it all began when I left UT

Basic SEAL training is six months

of long torturous runs in the soft sand
