A brass bell that hangs in the center of the compound for all the students to see铜铃挂在训练处正中间 所有学员都能看到
All you have to do to quit, is ring the bell要想退出训练 只需要将铜铃拉响
Ring the bell and you no longer have to wake up at 5 o'clock拉响铜铃后 你就不需要早上5点起床了
Ring the bell and you no longer have to be in the freezing cold swims拉响铜铃后 你就不需要在刺骨的海水中游泳了Ring the bell and you no longer have to do the runs, the obstacle course, the PT拉响铜铃后 你就不再需要长跑 跨障碍训练和身体锻炼了and you no longer have to endure the hardships of training你就不再需要忍受训练的一切艰难困苦了

Know that life is not fair and that you will fail often but if take you take some risks了解生命并不公平 你经常有可能失败 但只要你勇敢去冒一些险step up when the times are toughest face down the bullies在最艰难的时刻激发全力 不惧嘲笑
lift up the downtrodden and never ever give up百折不挠 永不放弃
if you do these things, then next generation and the generations that follow只要你能做到这些 下一代以及之后的子子孙孙will live in a world far better than the one we have today and就肯定都能生活在一个比现在好很多的世界
