Oil and gas account for more than 80% of its annual economic output and for almost all of Libya's export revenues. That means, of course, it's done very well out of the recent high oil price. But it also leaves Libya very vulnerable. Oil prices, as we well know, fluctuate sharply. So what else does the economy there have to offer?
