A passenger jet carrying more than 100 people has crashed in the desert in northern Mali. Officials lost contact with the Air Algerie plane during a flight from Burkina Faso to the Algerian capital Algiers. Almost half the passengers are French citizens.
And international investigators 1 including three Australians have uncovered new evidence including more human remains 2 at the MH17 crash site in Ukraine. It comes as two more planes carrying the remains of victims arrived at the Netherlands. Investigators say they found a large part of the plane.
