1. President Barack Obama is promoting an order called "Buy American, hire American". In Wisconsin, he toured a toy manufacturer and signed the order. It's aimed at curbing 1 abuse of VISA program that relies on the high skilled foreign workers.
2. Police say the man accused of recording 2 a murder and posting it to Facebook has killed himself. Police have been searching for Steve Stephens since he allegedly killed a retired 3 man in Cleveland. Officials say he shot himself after he was spotted 4 in arena 5, Pennsylvania.
3. It's one of the Philippine's deadliest road accidents in years. At least 26 people are dead after a bus crash in northern mountain town. The bus apparently 6 lost its brakes and plunged 7 into a ravine.
4. Spectators watched at least 5 rockets with the cargo 8 capsule lifted off from Cape 9 Canaveral Tuesday morning. The capsule is carrying cargo for the international space station. It's dedicated 10 to former astronaut and senator John Glenn who died last year.
