3. A 27-year old man is charged with murdering and kidnapping after a 11-year old girl from a Navajo native American tribe was killed. Ashlynne Mike 's body was found near the Shiprock pinnacle 4 sacred site near New Mexico.
4. And Canadian officials say a massive wild fire has destroyed or damaged 1600 structures in Fort McMurray. Firefighters are keeping the flame out of the oil center downtown.
