President Bush is meeting with European Union leaders in Gothenberg, Sweden, the latest stop on his European tour. He will likely discuss his 1)controversial trade and environmental policies. Thousands of protesters are expected to demonstrate outside the summit site, threatening to 2)overshadow the meetings.
There is a heavy police presence in Gothenberg, with 3)authorities hoping to prevent an 4)outbreak of violence as protesters demonstrating against global trade and other issues march on the city.
