France has reported a second case of a new type of corona 1 virus infection.
法国有报道称发现第二例新型冠状病毒。
The 50-year-old man shared a ward 2 with the only other known case in the country, a possible sign of human-to-human transmission. The virus is similar to the one that caused SARS, a respiratory syndrome 3 that killed 775 people in 2003. The new virus cluster broke out last year in Saudi Arabia, then spread to Europe. It has killed 18 people so far.
现年50岁的某男子与该国之前被发现染有该病毒的患者同住，由此可见，该病毒有人-人传播的迹象。该病毒与之前引发SARS的病毒相似，SARS是一种呼吸综合症，2003年爆发的SARS夺走775人的生命。该新型病毒去年在沙特阿拉伯爆发，之后传到欧洲。至今，已有18人因此而丧生。
Assistant Deputy Secretary of World Health Organization Keiji Fukuda says it appears likely that the virus can be passed between people in close contact, but it is so far unable to sustain general transmission in communities.
世界卫生组织执行秘书长Keiji Fukuda表示该病毒看起来似乎有可能通过人-人密切接触进行传播，但是目前还不可能通过一般性接触进行传播。
