Cindy: Hey Jack 1! You didn’t see me, did you? Wow, you look terrible, what’s wrong with you?
Cindy: 嗨，Jack，你刚才没看到我是吗？哇哦，你怎么看上去气色不好啊，怎么了？
Jack: Hi Cindy, sorry I didn’t notice you when you just passed by me. On Friday I got wasted at my company’s year-end party that now I’m a little bit hungover, I feel like a zombie now.
Jack: 嗨，Cindy，真不好意思，我没注意到你从我身边经过。上周五我在公司的年会上喝大发了，现在酒精还留在身体里麻醉我的大脑，我就像行尸走肉一般。
Cindy: Really? Whom did you drink with? Your boss or colleagues?

Jack: With my colleagues! You know, at the year-end party, it was the perfect time to drink, so I totally forgot I that I had a low tolerance 2: I drank 2 bottles of wine.

Cindy: You’re killing 3 yourself by doing all that drinking! You must have been the focus of your company that night, right?

Jack: Seriously, I feel quite embarrassed now. I passed out and puked everywhere in the restaurant when I was drunk. Luckily,my colleagues in the same department took care of me until my roomie arrived and brought me home. What's even more ironic 4 is that I am the only boy in my department.

Excessive drinking can result in stomach bleeding or other acute diseases in the liver and pancreas,and that is not something that your beautiful coworkers can help you out.
Cindy: 看到你被那么多女孩包围着，你的男同事们肯定嫉妒死了吧! 不过话说回来，不管当时你多么兴奋，你总应该量力而行的，过度饮酒通常会引起胃出血或肝脏和胰脏的急性疾病，那可不是你的美女同事们能帮得了你的了。
Jack: You said it! I really dodged 5 abullet. But before attending my nextparty, I should consider how to reward my dear girls.
Jack：你说的没错。我真是大难不死啊！不过在我参加下一次聚会之前，我真应该先好好考虑下该怎么酬谢我亲爱的姐妹们呢！
Cindy:What ?! You wanna get drunk again? Oh no!

Hungover = feel sick the next day from drinking too much 宿醉
Zombie = 僵尸
Low Tolerance = not able to drink a lot of alcohol 酒量差
Pass out = drink so much that you go to sleep 喝得太多而熟睡
Puke = to vomit; throw up 吐了
