Homogenisation is a process, which involvesblasting milk under very high pressure through a really small hole. Now, thissmashes up the fat particles 1 into tiny little globules, and this prevents thecream separating from the milk. Homogenising makes the fat globules muchsmaller and mixes them into the milk.
