1. More problems at a troubled Japanese nuclear plant. Officials say two workers were hospitalized after stepping in contaminated water and suffering radiation burns. Meanwhile city leaders are trying to reassure 1 Tokyo residents that tap water is safe after high iodine 2 levels were reported.
