住房和城乡建设部副部长陆克华日前表示，今年我国将建成公租房200万套，为低收入群体提供保障性住房。
Accelerating the construction and allocation of public rental housing is high on the agenda of the ministry, said Lu.
陆克华称，加快公租房建设和分配是住建部的工作重点。
China sees public rental housing as a way of providing homes for families who have been priced out of the property market and has invested billions of yuan.
中国政府将公租房视为一种向难以承受高房价的家庭提供住房的方式，并已经在此投入了数十亿元。

China has increased subsidies 4 and credit support for public rental housing in recent years and by the end of 2016, a total of 11.26m families had been homed.
近年来，我国加大了对公租房的资金补助和信贷支持力度，截至2016年年底，共有1126万户家庭住进了公租房。
Lu said that his ministry will work with the national economic planning body and the Ministry of Finance to increase support for the program.
陆克华表示，住建部将配合国家发改委和财政部，加大对公租房项目的支持力度。
Lu asked local governments to lower the threshold for the public housing system and give migrant workers access. Most regions had already done so.
陆克华要求地方政府降低公租房体系门槛，面向外来务工人员出租。大部分地区已落实这一要求。
