　　So your generation is empowered to change the world
　　你们这代人有改变世界的力量
　　in ways we can't even imagine
　　以我们想都想不到的方式
　　See right now we are at a turning point
　　现在我们正处在一个重大的转折点
　　a changing of the guard
　　正在交接班
　　our politicians are younger
　　我们的政界人士正在年轻化
　　our entrepreneurs 1 are younger
　　企业家们正在年轻化
　　our faith leaders are younger

　　the leaders of this generation are more diverse 2 and connected
