[00:04.23]Years ago in Scotland, the Clark family had a dream. 


[00:08.36]Clark and his wife worked and saved, making plans for their nine children and themselves to travel to the United States.

[00:47.13]Because of the possibility of rabies, they were being quarantined for fourteen days.


[00:53.34]The family’s dreams were dashed. 


[00:56.44]They would not be able to make the trip to America as they had planned. 


[01:00.47]The father, filled with disappointment and anger, stomped 3 to the dock to watch the ship leave — without the Clark family. 


[01:08.85]The father shed tears of disappointment and cursed both his son and God for their misfortune.


[01:15.49]Five days later, the tragic 4 news spread throughout Scotland - the mighty 5 Titanic 6 had sunk.

[01:33.36]but because the son had been bitten by a dog, they were left behind in Scotland.

[01:45.28]He thanked God for saving their lives and turning what he felt was a tragedy into a blessing.
