According to a report on National Business Daily, a newspaper on economic and financial news, the Chengdu Municipal 1 People's Government in Sichuan Province published a guideline 2 on promoting the development of finished houses on its official website on October 17, 2017.
The city of Chengdu plans to sell only decorated houses by the end of 2022. Does is mean the home decoration will become a thing of the past in the city? Decorated or not, which home do you prefer?
