I couldn't afford an apartment for the time being, I'm unemployed 1. 我暂时买不起一套公寓，我还没找到工作。
You have a good rest for the time being, and don't consider anything. 你暂时好好休息一下，什么都别想。
Jenny got laid off for the time being. 珍丽暂时下岗了。
下面，介绍一个很好的句型：What if…， 表示"要是…又怎样"
