Some people blame gang violence for the brawl 4 that killed Derrion Albert. There are 4 people that are being questioned in the case. Alberts' family says that the honor roll student was attacked Thursday because he wouldn’t join a neighborhood gang.

Oscar winning director Roman Polanski could be extradited to the United States on a decades-old warrant. Back in 1977, he pleaded guilty to having sex with a 13-year-old girl, but fled to France before he was sentenced, Saturday Swiss authorities arrested him as he entered the country to be honored at a film festival there.
