[00:04.89]Abundance is a life style, a way of living your life.

[00:10.91] It isn't something you buy now and then or pull down from the cupboard,

[00:14.74] dust off and use once or twice, and then return to the cupboard.

[00:18.56]Abundance is a philosophy;

[00:20.97]it appears in your physiology 1, your value system,

[00:24.37]and carries its own set of beliefs.

[00:26.88]You walk with it, sleep with it, bath with it,

[00:30.27]feel with it, and need to maintain and take care of it as well.

[00:34.97]Abundance doesn't always require money.

[00:38.25]Many people live with all that money can buy yet live empty inside.

[00:43.28]Abundance begins inside with some main self-ingredients,

[00:47.44]like love, care, kindness and gentleness, thoughtfulness and compassion 2.

[00:53.89] Abundance is a state of being.

[00:56.08]It radiates outward.

[00:58.05]It shines like the sun among the many moons in the world.

[01:01.66]Being from the brightness of abundance doesn't allow the darkness to appear

[01:06.03] or being in the path unless a choice to allow it to.

[01:09.53]The true state of abundance doesn't have room

[01:12.04]for lies or games normally played.

[01:14.89]The space is too full of abundance.

[01:18.97]because we still need to shine for others to see.

[01:22.47]Abundance is seeing people for their gifts

[01:25.31]and not what they lack or could be.

[01:27.83] Seeing all things for their gifts and not what they lack.

[01:31.77]Start by knowing what your abundances are,

[01:34.94]fill that space with you,

[01:37.12]and be fully 3 present from that state of being.

[01:39.64]Your profession of choice is telling you this already.

[01:43.14] Examples: coaches have an abundance of knowing and possibilities.

[01:47.85] That is their gift.

[01:49.48] Consultants 4 and customer service professionals have the abundance of success,

[01:53.97]practicality, in common.

[01:56.27] Administrative 5 assistants and virtual assistants

[01:59.22] have an abundance of coordination 6 and time management.

[02:03.04] Abundance is all around you, and all within.

[02:06.76] See what it is; love yourself for what it is,

[02:10.59] not what you're missing, or what that can be better.

[02:14.22] But for what is, at this present moment.

[02:17.62]Be in a state of abundance of what you already have.

[02:21.66] I guarantee they are there; it always is buried but there.

[02:26.58] Breathe them in as if they are the air you breathe

[02:29.59]because they are yours.

[02:31.12] Let go of anything that isn't abundant for the time being.

[02:34.61] Name the shoe boxes in your closet with your gifts of abundance;

[02:38.77]pull from them every morning if needed. Know they are there.

[02:43.36]Learning to trust in your own abundance is required.

[02:46.54]When you begin to be within your own space of abundance,

[02:50.36] whatever you need will appear whenever you need it.

[02:53.86]That's just the way the higher powers set this universe up to work.

[02:58.35] Trust the universal energy.

[03:08.63] Just by being from a state of abundance, it is being you.
