Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi says

China will provide the world with more "Chinese opportunities" in development as it is embracing a new round of comprehensive reforms.

He said during the World Economic Forum 1 (WEF) annual meetings that

China's new reform drive will not only herald 2 a new era for its own development

but also have extensive and positive impacts on the world .

He told a special session on China that

an increasingly prosperous China will provide the world with more "Chinese opportunities" in development,

namely market opportunities, investment opportunities, growth opportunities and cooperation opportunities.

Meanwhile, Wang Yi said China would contribute more of the "Chinese power" to world peace,

remain committed to the path of peaceful development, undertake more international obligations,

and play an even more active and productive role in resolving hotspot issues.

China's moon rover, Yutu (Jade Rabbit), has experienced a mechanical control abnormality,

and scientists are organizing repairs.

The State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence says

the abnormality occurred due to "complicated lunar surface environment",

without giving further details.

The abnormality emerged before the rover entered its second dormancy 3 at dawn on Saturday as the lunar night fell, according to the administration.

The lander, another part of the Chang'e-3 probe, also "fell asleep" earlier on Friday.

The pair went dormant 4 for two weeks about one month ago when the first lunar night of the mission occurred.
