商务英语写作指导：如何撰写询盘信

Write an inquiry 1 letter to ask for more information concerning a product, service or other information about a product or service. These letters are often written in response to an advertisement that we have seen in the paper, a magazine, a commercial on television when we are interested in purchasing a product, but would like more information before making a decision. Inquiries 2 are also written to ask for business contact information to develop new business. For further types of business letters use this guide to different types of business letters to refine your skills for specific business purposes such as making inquiries, adjusting claims, writing cover letters and more.
撰写询盘信用来咨询关于产品，服务或者其它同产品或服务相关的信息。这些信件经常是在在报纸、杂志和商业广告上看到自己感兴趣想要购买的产品之后而做出的反应，但我们希望在做决定前了解相关产品的更多信息。询盘信也可以用于寻求业务联系信息来发展新业务。用以下准则撰写不同类型的商业信件，为具体的商业目的来改善你的书写技巧。例如：询问信息，调整索赔，书写附函等等。
Remember to place your or your company's address at the top of the letter (or use your company's letterhead) followed by the address of the company you are writing to. The date can either be placed double spaced down or to the right.
记住把你的住址或者公司的地址写在信件的抬头(或者使用公司印有抬头的信笺)，紧随你要寄往的公司的地址的下面。写信日期既可以写在随后空两行下面或者写在右边。
