1. You grow
When you stretch your comfort zone, you grow as a person. Something that you were once afraid of or felt impossible to do is now part of your skillset.
收获成长
当你扩展了自己的舒适区，你就会收获成长。那些你曾经害怕甚至觉得不可思议的事情现在成了你的技能和专长。
2. You feel more confident
Once you get past your limits, you will feel more confident and very good about yourself. After finishing the mission 1 impossible, you are relieved 2 of course, but at the same time you proved yourself that you can do such a thing if you want to. This good feeling is great capitalfor the similar events in the future.
变得自信
一旦突破了自己的极限，你会变得更自信，感觉更良好。当你完成那些“不可能的任务”之后，不仅会大松一口气，而且还证明了如果愿意，你是可以搞定它的。这种良好的感觉在以后处理类似事件时，是一种资本。
3. You learn more about yourself
The whole process of stretching your comfort zone is very educational. When you go outside your comfort zone, you will also learn something about yourself – how you act in certain situations.
重识自我
扩展舒适区的过程让人获益匪浅。走出自己的舒适区，你会更加了解自己——比如知道自己会怎样应对某些特定的情形。
4. You are doing things that most people are notTo be more successful in life or in business, you have to take bull 3 by the hornsand do something different than others. For example, if you get a chance to speak in front of an audience and your competitor is not willing to do that, you will be better known for larger audience, thus it may even sparknew business opportunities.
超越大众
要想在生活中或者事业上成功，你得不畏艰险，并且与众不同。如果你有机会当众演讲，而你的竞争对手没有，那么你就会名声大振，还可能得到更多商机。
5. You move faster to your goals
For example, if you own a blog and you want to make it known for bigger audiences, you have to do things that you don't like doing. This could be starting a YouTube channel and recording 4 new videos on a regular basis. Or, it could be writing a guest posts for other blogs, whose audiences have a bigger reach that yours.
逼近目标
如果你想拥有一个读者众多的博客，你就得去做些不喜欢的事。比如开通You Tube 账号并定期上传视频，或者去一个读者众多的博客发布客座博文。
6. You get new opportunities
If you want to get outside your comfort area, you are more likely going to get exposed to new opportunities. For, there is much bigger change for something good and unexpected 5 to happen.
获得机会
如果你愿意走出舒适区，你获得新机会的可能性救会更大。因为，在舒适区外，会有更多意想不到的好事发生。

2 relieved
a.如释重负的
- You'll be relieved to know your jobs are safe. 现在知道你们的工作保住了，可以放心了。
- Your coming relieved me of the bother of writing a long letter. 你来了，省去我写长信的麻烦了。
3 bull
n.公牛，买进证券投机图利者，看涨的人
- It's only a hair off a bull's back to them.这对他们来说，不过九牛一毛。
- Many dogs closed around the bull.很多狗渐渐地把那只牛围了起来。
4 recording
n.录音，记录
- How long will the recording of the song take?录下这首歌得花多少时间？
- I want to play you a recording of the rehearsal.我想给你放一下彩排的录像。
5 unexpected
adj.想不到的，意外的
- I always keep some good wine in for unexpected guests.我总保存些好酒，用来招待不速之客。
- His promotion was unexpected.他的升迁出人意料。
