Publican employees in S Pennsylvania are starting a new work week with their pay cut to minimum wage.NPR J W reports a cash flow crisis has left the city without enough money to pay full wages.On Friday,workers will see paychecks at $7.25 an hour.The mayor and city counselling g have fought for months of how to fill a 17 million dollar budget halt.They couldn't decide between plans to raise taxes or refinance debt in borrow money.Last week,the city said it was left with only about $5,000 in the bank and couldn't afford to pay full wages.The union's representing G workers want resolution soon.They threatened to take the city back to court for violating its labor 1 agreements.
