4. And Chicago’s Brookfield Zoo has a new arrival, a baby boy giraffe that weighs 173 pounds and is 5-foot 9 inches tall. Experts at the zoo say the male calf 5 could grow to 18 feet tall. He is the 59th giraffe born at the zoo.
