Civil rights leaders and celebrities 1 were among thousands of mourners who turned out for the funeral of 18-year-old Michael Brown. Brown was fatally shot August 9 by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri. His funeral was held at a church in St.Louis.

And a young elk 5 wandered into an office building in eastern Germany. Footage aired Germany television showed the animal standing 6 calmly in a corridor after he apparently 7 broke a glass door.
