Doctor Kent Brantly arrived in Atlanta Saturday after becoming infected while working in West Africa. The CDC is sending experts to the affected 3 countries to deal with the Ebola outbreak.
4. Residents in Toledo, Ohio (were) told to avoid drinking tap water for a second day this weekend. Officials say a surge of toxin 4 in part of lake Erie has poisoned the public water supply. Ohio's state governor has declared a state of emergency for Toledo.
