2. Newly released video shows the rescue operation in Dubai after a 63-story luxury hotel caught fire on New Year’s Eve. Police say they’re still working to determine the cause of the blaze. At least 14 people were injured. 
 
3. Protests in Oregon continue Sunday in support of ranchers facing additional jail time for arson 1. Two men were convicted three years ago and served time, but a judge ruled their terms were too short under federal law and ordered them back to prison. 
 
4. President Barack Obama returned to the White House on Sunday after a two-week vacation in Hawaii. He says he’s energized 2 for his final year in office and ready to tackle unfinished business.
