3.Republican Senator Jim Bunning apologized to Supreme 3 Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for saying he believed she could die within a year from pancreatic cancer. Doctors diagnosed the 75-year-old justice and removed a small tumor 4 this month. Ginsburg was in court Monday, 18 days after her surgery.
4.All 70-year-old Walter Hoover wanted to do was watch some cable TV but his service was shut off. Police say that's when Hoover got upset and fired a shot into the TV. The Webb City, Missouri man surrendered peacefully after a two-and-a-half-hour standoff.
