1. There was confusion during the last moments before US Airways 1 Flight 1549 crashed into the Hudson. In newly released audio recordings 2, it appears that the air traffic controller didn't hear the pilot's warning. The pilot safely landed the plane in the Hudson River, all 155 aboard survived.
