The High Court in London has awarded damages to a Russian oligarch after ruling that he'd been unfairly accused of the murder of a former Russian spy. In 2007, a broadcast on Russian State Television accused exiled businessman Boris Berezovsky of murdering Alexander Litvinenko who was poisoned in London. The court ruled there’s no evidence he took part in the murder.
And question marks are hanging over whether Michael Clarke will return to New Zealand to rejoin the Australian cricket tour. He was named in the squad 5 for the two tests series which kicks off next week. Captain Ricky Ponting has indicated he doesn't want him back in the side until he’s sorted out his off-field issues.
