Starting this year, foreigners who have graduated with a master's degree from a Chinese or a foreign university during the previous year will be eligible 1 to work in China, according to a circular issued by the ministries 2 of education, foreign affairs, and human resources and social security.
根据教育部、外交部、人社部近日发布的通知，今年起，在中国高校或境外高校取得硕士学位且毕业1年以内的外籍人士可在华就业。
To qualify students must be at least 18 years old, healthy, possess a clean criminal record and have grades averaging above 80% or a B+/B under the letter-grade system.
为获得就业资格，学生必须年满18周岁，身体健康，无犯罪记录，平均成绩不低于80分(百分制)或B+/B(等级制)。

Eligible international students at Chinese universities will be granted work permits and employment licenses 5.
符合条件的中国高校留学生将获得就业许可证书和就业证。
Qualified 6 students at foreign universities will first be granted work permits, followed by an employment license 4 after arriving in China and obtaining a work visa.
