A study suggests that bringing pet dogs to work can reduce stress and make the job more enjoyable, BBC reported。
Randolph Barker, leading academic author and Professor in the Virginia Commonwealth 1 University, said having dogs around in the workplace may contribute to employee performance and satisfaction。
He reported positive comments from employees such as "pets in the workplace can be a great bonus to employee morale 2", "having dogs here is a great form of stress relief" and "dogs are positive; dogs increase cooperation."
