my biggest motivator are kids and that thought and the whole that they don't have to live in this existence when they grow that they break the cycle 我最大的动力就是孩子们 而且知道这一切 孩子们长大后不用再过这样的生活 他们可以打破这个恶性循环

and I have teachers who changed my life and I didn't even want to be a principal 我遇到了几位改变我人生的老师 我从没想过成为一名校长
and then I walked in Whitney and I thought this is my purpose,this is what I meant to do,this does not define 1 who they are,they can be better 当我走进特惠尼的时候 我知道这就是我的人生目标 这就是我该做的事 现在不能定义自己是个什么样的人 他们可以变得更好
and if I can give them that and teach them that and show them that then I've done my job 如果我能教给他们或是让他们知道这个想法 就是履行到我的职责了
I have a bucket list and Ellen's on it and I even telling everyone that someday I'm gonna meet her 我有一份遗愿清单 Ellen在里面 我甚至告诉大家 总有一天我会见到Ellen
I just admire her tremendously and I admire her spirit and the fact that she does what she does 我无比的钦佩她 敬佩她的精神 欣赏她的敢做敢为
