Q1. Starting with you Guo Xiu. You've done dozens of stories since China loosened its family planning policy. What's the situation here with families planning to have a second child? Who wants to and who doesn't? What are the concerns here?
Q2. Professor Zhang, social resources are already stretched, even with just one baby, it's hard to see a doctor, or find a decent school - a big worry for many parents. Is China really ready for a baby boom? What needs to be done to prepare for this?
