　　An iPhone case styled like a handgun caused chaos 1 at an airport terminal in the Netherlands after it was mistaken for a real firearm.

　　Marten Blankesteijn, who was a passenger inside the terminal as the incident unfolded, took to Twitter to describe what happened.

　　Mr Blankesteijn wrote: 'I think it has something to do with a girl aged 3 about 20 and her boyfriend. Had pictures but that I had to delete.

　　Another passenger at the airport, @marcopoiclaudio, posted: 'Stuck at #Schiphol airport. All departures from M gates suspended, no info at all. We have no idea what's going on.'

　　A spokesperson for Schiphol Airport refused to comment, stating it was a matter for the security forces.

　　It took around two hours for the woman to be found, with flights also grounded while the police carried out their search.
