Create rules for living.
Having general rulesfor indulging in gadget 1 time are too easy to slack on, just like diets andworkouts.
Take the next 10minutes to figure out the hours when your tech is truly indispensable, and thennail down times when it should never be used: dinner time, when you're with the kids, and yes, in bed.
