The bank is to issue a “Foreign Exchange Holding Permit for Going Abroad ” to the client according to provisions.
在银行存有外币的储户，如获准出境定居、探亲、旅游、考察、学习等需要提取外币存款，携带外币出境时，可向原存款营业网点提出申请，银行将按规定签发“携带外币出境许可证”。
