According to the statement of approval from the Cyberspace 2 Administration of China and the National Development and Reform Commission, the demonstration area will explore new systems, mechanisms 3 and models for innovative 4 growth of the information economy and make Zhejiang a leader in "Internet Plus", big data, smart cities, cross-border e-commerce and sharing economy as well as the cultivation 5 of new entrepreneurs.
