对自己好一点：当你爱自己时是什么样子？

I always thought I loved myself. Maybe I did when I was younger and forgot as I got older. I had to think more deeply about it after a very beloved 1 Heavenly Spiritual Guide said to me: "When are you going to stop pretending to love yourself?"
我一直以为我爱我自己。也许我年轻的时候是这样的，但随着年龄的增长就忘记了。很受欢迎的《神圣的精神指导》讲道：“你打算什么时候停止假装爱你自己？”，这让我必须要好好想一想自爱这件事了。
I stewed 2 about it for awhile, but finally got off my high horse and asked, "ok, so what does it look like when I love myself? You tell me." I received this answer from the same voice inside my head:
我对此有片刻的不安，但最后我放下架子，问自己道：“好吧，那么当我爱自己的时候是什么样子的？你告诉我。”脑海中同样的声音告诉了我答案：
对自己好一点：当你爱自己时是什么样子？
You love yourself by taking yourself seriously and not seriously. You love yourself by taking good care of your mind, body and spirit. And you love yourself by not thinking you are always right; opening to the other one's thought and being in fascination 3. You owe yourself that.
你通过认真对待自己、不自视过高来爱自己。你通过珍重自己的思想、身体和心灵来爱自己。你不总是以为自己都是正确的，愿意接受他人的想法并对此满怀期待，以此来爱自己。因为这是你欠你自己的。
Let's review. You love yourself by taking yourself seriously and taking yourself foolishly. Be serious about your connection to Spirit. Be serious about your connection to your Higher Self. And for God's sake 4, be serious about your connection to your loved ones, too. But be foolishly open to new suggestions, to seeing things from another's perspective 5. Be in fascination of what's to come, not in fear of doing it right, especially for someone else's benefit.
让我们再回顾一下。你通过认真地、傻傻地对待自己来爱自己。认真对待你与心灵的联系。认真对待你与精神自我的联系。务必认真对待你和你所爱之人的联系。但是傻傻地接受新的建议，从他人的角度看待事物。对即将发生的事情满怀期待，不担心做的不够好，尤其是为了别人的利益的时候。
Be good to you because that's every one's job. While they are being good to themselves, it benefits you, too. Do you understand what I am saying? I am saying live life without worry and give of yourself every moment. In this, you will have many things to celebrate when it is all said and done. And it will be all said and done some day. That we know for sure. Are you prepared? As I have been quoted as saying, "Be in this world but not of it." Don't let it bring you down. At the same time, uplift and be uplifted by all that is around you.
要对你自己好，因为这是每个人的责任。他们对自己好的时候，对你也有益处。你明白我的意思吗？我是说要生活地无忧无虑，不必时时刻刻牺牲自己的时间和精力来帮助别人。这样，当一切都说过并做好的时候，你就会有许多可以庆祝的事情。而且，总有一天，该说的都会说好，该做的都会做好。我们都很清楚。你准备好了吗？引用我说过的话，就是“活在这个世上，但不是为这个世界而活。”不要因为这个世界而过得不开心。而是要意气风发，并因你周围的一切而欢欣鼓舞。
