The Chinese Ministry 1 of Industry and Information Technology is preparing to release a new program meant to try to reduce pollution across the country.
Under the new plan, companies are expected to use around 4-million fewer tons of coal by the end of this year.
The Ministry says it expects to achieve this goal by helping 2 companies with technological 3 upgrades.
