A photo from 2013 showing Justin Trudeau pulling off the yoga move reappeared recently and has gone viral. Toronto yoga instructor 1 David Gellineau shared the photo on Facebook with the caption 2 "Canada's Prime Minister practicing mayurasana. Didn't we say…#canadalovesyoga."

Trudeau's fondness for yoga apparently 6 runs in the family. His wife is a yoga instructor and his father, former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, performed the same Peacock pose in a photo that surfaced in 1970. The younger Trudeau discussed the pose in a 2013 CBC News article.

Four days after that article was posted, Trudeau shared the photo of him performing the peacock on a conference table, so clearly he was just being modest.
