BEIJING, March 28 (Xinhuanet) -- U.S. Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon formally married her entertainment（娱乐消遣） agent Jim Toth, according to media reports Sunday.
Witherspoon, 35, and Toth, 40, held their 20-minute wedding ceremony Saturday at a six-acre ranch 1 in front of 120 guests in Ojai, California.
Wedding guests included A-list stars like Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire and Renee Zellweger.
Witherspoon's best friend Heather Rosenfield acted as her maid of honor.
Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, her kids (with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe) were also reported to have participated in their mother's ceremony. Witherspoon ended her seven-year marriage to Phillippe in 2007.
Witherspoon wore a custom-made Monique Lhuillier gown and a wedding band designed by William Goldberg, who also created her four-carat 250,000 U.S. dollar diamond engagement 2 ring.
She was engaged to Toth in December after dating with him for eleven months.
