Schalke's Jurado loaned to Spartak
BERLIN, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- Spanish midfielder Jose Manuel Jurado will join Russia's Spartak Moscow on loan until the end of the season, said his Bundesliga side Schalke 04.
The 26-year-old moved to Schalke in 2010 from Atletico Madrid with a transfer fee of 13 million euros (about 16.3 million U.S. dollars).
Jurado, an ex-Spanish under-21 team member, has a contract until June 2014 with Schalke, which signed Dutch attacking midfielder Ibrahim Afellay from Barcelona on Friday for the rest of the season on loan.
