The weather is getting colder. 天气愈来愈冷，
Many people are getting sick. 许多人都生病了。
But Doctor Dave can help them stay healthy. 不过，戴夫医生可以帮助他们保持健康。
They should take vitamins 1 every day. 他们应该每天服用维他命，
Vitamins keep the body strong. 维他命可以保持身体强壮。
Everyone should wear warm clothes too. 大家也都该穿温暖的衣服。
When someone feels sick, they should rest and go to a clinic 2. 如果觉得身体不舒服，就该多休息，并且去诊所检查。
