The armies of India and Pakistan have again exchanged fire on the line-of-control in the Kashmir region.
The ceasefire violation 1 took place Thursday evening around 180 kilometers southwest of Srinagar city, the summer capital of Indian- controlled Kashmir.
An Indian army spokesman said Pakistani troops resorted to unprovoked firing on their posts. However, the Pakistani army claimed that Indian forces killed one of its soldiers.
