Chill cool 只是大家对秋裤的一个戏称。你要跟歪果仁说你穿了chill cool 吗？人家可能听不懂。
So if you want to explain to foreigners what is 秋裤。
Long underwear is a better way to say it. Long underwear, also called long johns or thermal 1 underwear(保暖内衣), is a style of two-piece underwear with long legs or long sleeves that is normally worn during cold weather.
Here is an example:
Weather is gradually getting colder and that means it is peak season for selling long - underwear.
现在天气逐渐变凉,销售保暖内衣正是旺季.
但早上穿衣服的时候，问题来了。秋裤，to wear or not to wear, it is a question! Although I am from the Northeast part of China, I still feel cold in winter.
So 我毅然决然的穿上秋裤。But, 大家心中应该都有一个疑问，歪果仁到底穿不穿long underwear 捏？他们真心不怕冷吗？我问了偶的歪果同事，来听听他肿么说。

Lincoln:I don’t know what 秋裤 is. I have never heard of it. Is it a hat? (It’s not hat?!) Is it like a little scarf? Is it the little scarf that cool children wear, the red ones. Is that what that is? Is it underwear? Is that man’s underwear? Oh you are talking about long johns! I occasionally wear those. My dad loves wearing those as well. Not mine, his own, obviously he doesn’t wear mine.
