1. It would be up to a special prosecutor 1 and not the grand jury to decide whether to file charges in the death of Trayvon Martin. Prosecutor Angela Corey says she won't take the case to the grand jury. Under Florida Law, that only have to happen in a first-degree murder case.
2. Two Oklahoma men being held on suspicion of three murders have had a bond, said more than nine million dollars each. They haven't been formally charged yet. The two white men are suspected of killing 2 and terrorizing Tulsa's African-American community.
3. The violence in Syria has spilled across two borders into Lebanon and Turkey. At least five people at an refugee camp in Turkey were wounded. Authority says the cause was bullets fired across the border by Syrian forces.
4. And Facebook is making its biggest ever purchase. It's spending a billion dollars to buy the photo-sharing software company Instagram.
